Physical therapy
is provided for children who are uninsured, underinsured
or would not otherwise have access to physical therapy.
Physical
therapists promote an optimal level of function, mobility
and fitness for each individual. Children referred may have
problems with range of motion, pain, strength, movement
and postural control. Or, they may have delays in gross
motor skills, difficulties with gait, problems with postural
alignment and balance difficulties. Every family receives
a home program of exercises and activities to do at home.
