This is my dream Mustang.
I call it: GT350S/C.

This is the
way my Mustang
looked on the day
I bought it. |

Here is my future GT-350S/C after I took possession.

Why do I want an Orange Mustang? This is why. I used to own this 1969 Mercury Cyclone with a 428CJ/C6. It was Calypso Coral with a White interior. 1965 Mustang Poppy Red is close to the same color and I want another Orange fastback! |

I need Robert Serling to tell this story. Hum the Twilight Zone theme song while you read this!

I live in the South and like NASCAR racing. Holman Moody built many of the Ford NASCAR race cars in the sixties. I wondered "WHAT IF" Holman Moody also built some SCCA B/P race cars like Carroll Shelby was building? I thought I might build a car like they would have built. This 1965 K-code Mustang was at the 35th Anniversary Show at Charlotte, NC in 1999. This is the car that Ford gave Holman Moody to build a B/P car with - but - they never did and later sold this car! Did you notice the color combination? Poppy Red with a White interior, just like my "WHAT IF" car. And I picked this color combo before I knew this car existed! |
