ESTABLISHING COURTS OF JUSTICE

There is to be a government within each Pentecostal community to guide followers away from sins of the flesh into holiness through Jesus.

This Godly government is to guarantee that the ordinances of God will be upheld for the betterment of the whole.

Next, punishment when needed must be administered swiftly with justice and love to save not damn a soul.

If an infraction of Biblical law occurs judgment is to be administered only by Pentecostals practicing holiness.

Only the righteous (right living) are allowed to hold the office of judge over other Pentecostals.

When apprehended for disobeying one of God's laws complaints between Pentecostals are not to be aired before non-Pentecostals.

All Pentecostals must submit themselves to the Lords authority for correction by the Gift Ministers of God.

Non-Pentecostals are not to reprimand or correct the converted concerning any infraction of church doctrine.

If a Gift Minister or Pentecostal layman is to be punished by secular courts for disobeying society laws, this is God’s will.

TO PROHIBIT BLASPHEMY

Blaspheme in Pentecostal Assemblies is publicly claiming to obey God's commandments while engaging in secret sins and idolatry. These sins bring dishonor to God and demand immediate correction.

Pentecostals of other nations openly mocking God must be exposed publicly as sinners and punishment must be administered swiftly.

Included as speaking blasphemy are those who despise Pentecostal children of God with gossip, false accusations and negative statements.

The early Pentecostal community denounced and chastised anyone showing disrespect to each other.

Instant retribution is to come upon those who with cold calculation use irreverent familiarity of God’s name and direct insulting language toward him.

Denying the LORD is atheism and will bring death or excommunication to the offender.

All forms of contempt, joking and profane scoffing about God and his direction for the life of the chosen is blasphemy.

Also base view points about the LORD said with premeditation and publicly expressed are blasphemy.

It will inspire irreverence in others when hearing those thoughts and will alienate hearer from God’s love.

TO PROHIBIT EATING THE LIMB OF A LIVING CREATURE

This ancient and cruel custom was observed as an act of survival by both Hebrew and Gentiles before modern freezing technological.

Caravaners traveling through the desert regions of the Middle East would tear a limb from a living beast for use as fresh meat, leaving the animal alive to suffer.

Unless an animal has been ritually slaughtered, salted, rinsed and blood effectively drained, it is deemed by God to be unclean or not "kosher” or ceremonially clean.

The slow death of a lamed animal makes the whole carcass unclean or sin. To eat an olives amount of its dead meat will transgress God's commandment and bring judgment to the offender

TO PROHIBIT THEFT

Theft is born in the heart of man and strong measures are needed to stop it. Theft is an act of death.

During mans 5768 years on earth thievery has been denounced. Many scriptural references relegate theft to the Devil and his children.

Below are delineated seven types of thievery and some attempted remedies.

TYPES OF THEFT

LEV 19:11 To deceive your fellow man by cheating, even on school exams.

Those who plagiarize the minds of great men.

Those that cause others of great power or authority to rebel against Gods appointed leaders.

Stealing for an offering to idols.

Stealing from ones parents. Stealing any money. Stealing merchandise.

Stealing goods for payment of debts.

Stealing tithes and offerings.

THEFT PREVENTION MEASURES

Preachers must use God's word as a possible deterrent to warn others with a propensity to steal.

A Hebrew sage once said; "A full measure of sins is not so terrible until that of robbery is included".

When the threats of damnation fail, punishment must be administered quickly to the body of the malefactor.

Extreme judgment may be eternal wrath for the offender’s body and soul in the lake of fire brimstone.

If a thing stolen be it a penny or pound, tips or taxes, begged or borrowed, judgment must be swift.

To God there is no difference between a thing stolen by physical force or mental persuasion.

Theft deliberate or unknowing is hated by God; it brings cause for immediate negative compensation.

Man is forbidden to steal even as a joke.

To buy anything that is firmly assumed to be stolen is theft.

TO PROHIBIT IDOLATRY

To reverence an idol is both abomination and spiritual fornication.

Idol worship begins in the mind of the God hating sinner.

the Devil brings this evil idea the to those with an atheistic imagination.

Idol worshippers are amoral and lawless.

Mentally Idol worshippers entertain sexual perversities such as, incest, homosexuality and bestiality.

God said, "Do not make for yourself an image of anything to worship".

Do not make an idol from wood, stone, paint or other materials to resemble a human, animal, fish or fowl and use it as a God, because after an idol is fashioned, a service of giving to it always begins.

Nations of people hug kiss and pray to idols.

Some will ritually slay a sacrifice of "animals or humans" to sprinkle blood on an altar of their idol.

Other heathen burn animal parts to idols and put money, food or libations "drink-offerings" before it.

Many just enjoy carrying idols around their neck for others to see, like Catholics. Deceived sinners even call their dumb statues a God.

Some inventive sinners put water faucets into their idols mouth, so you have to bow down before it to drink. Bowing to drink from it looks to others as though the idol is being kissed.

Bowing has the appearance to the lost and spiritually weak children of God to be an act of worship. To avoid offending God, saints are not allowed to drink from a faucet shaped like an idol, though thirsty.

Man must not make a vow or swear by an idol or even mention its name. Only idols with their names written in sacred scripture are allowed to be mentioned.

An idol, even if fashioned from precious metal, gold or silver is an unholy thing.

It is always proper to laugh curse, mock, break idols and teach your children to do so.

Persuading men to worship idols means death to both the teacher and student.

Do not read books about the occult or idols, to do so will invite God's plagues to befall you.

Idols are not allowed in your house, hung on your body or clinging to your hand. Idols must be ground to powder and then thrown into a moving river of water.

God has called his Pentecostals to be iconoclasts, "idol destroyers"; iconoclasts are the apple of God's eye.

Begin an idol breaking service in your Pentecostal assembly today. Idols are found in Catholic, Buddhist and other heathen temples.

Symbols of satanic worship are; the Rosary, Alter Relics, the Host, the Cross, statues of people, the Fish Sign, Church Steeples, X-mas, Easter eggs, etc.

TO PROHIBIT MURDER

Commandments that attempt to and restrict man from doing his evil will on others are:

Do not kill a human or yourself; suicide is a type of murder. Men and women who take part in the abortion process forfeit their lives.

Aborting a pre-natal embryo "baby human" is murder; the fetus is an extension of a woman’s body.

Rather than protect yourself by committing murder, you are to spend your body in the service of the LORD. Every Pentecostal must be prepared to choose death for Jesus.

Because of your faith in Jesus you are not to worry about death when in physical confrontation with another.

Premeditated murder includes killing another in war and cannot be forgiven with money.

A monetary ransom cannot be substituted for the death penalty. Jesus is the only substitutionary exception for murder.

A person committing a murder unwittingly is not to receive the death penalty.

Other fines can be imposed, such as payment with money or goods, or excommunication to a distant place by the Pentecostal church community.

TO PROHIBIT ILLICIT SEXUAL RATIONSHIPS

Incest is forbidden.

Sexual fondling resulting in penetration of a mother’s sex organ by a son’s penis and a daughter’s vagina by her father is prohibited.

Penetration with sex a organ of a sister by her brother and those of the first through third cousins is forbidden. Included among family sex offenders are all close relatives by marriage.

Mental sex producing unlawful physical sexual activity and willingly allowing a depraved or unregenerate persons mind to indulge in devilish sexual imaginations.

Mental entertainment (pornography) of illicit sexual relationships will overpower the will to resist the Devil.

The result of mental sexual indulgence can lead to excessive self abuse and eventually to the breaking of one or more of Gods sexual prohibitions.

Adultery is sex with an unmarried person of divorce or separated married person with a living mate.

Bestiality is sex with a lower beast, sheep, etc.

Fornication is sex between persons who have never married.

Unclean sex is with a woman while menstruating.

Religious sex is part of a group idol or worship service.

Prostitution is sex for money or goods.

Violent sex, ravishment or rape.

Perverse sex is sodomy, between man and man, man and boy, woman and woman, woman and girl.

TO PROHIBIT EATING BLOOD

Eating blood pollutes the eater.

God gives blood to man at the start of his life and offers little explanation why it cannot be eaten. Even blood spilt from a living body to the ground remains sacred to God.

Eating blood that is liquid, congealed or undrained from an animal is sin.

Fish blood is the only acceptation to this law.

A medical blood transfusion is drinking blood.

Drinking blood can bring divine severance of existence from God possibly contacting aids, etc.

Blood eaten or drunk from man or beast alive or dead cannot extend or give eternal life.

When eating blood man gives up and abandons any previous loyalty to a Godly religious faith and becomes a deserter from the army of God.

All dead bodies are unclean. Eating any portion of a dead human body or the blood of a dead animal is apostasy.

TO PROHIBIT EATING THINGS STRANGLED

Strangulation is a method of death designated as a curse for humans who commit the act of adultery.

Because animals cannot commit adultery, strangulation is not a fitting form of slaughter for them.

Killing animals by strangulation leaves blood in the carcass rendering the carcass unclean.

The acceptable way to kill an animal for human consumption is to use a knife to its jugular vein.

This incision allows blood to leave the body thus making the animal fit for human consumption.

CIRCUMCISION:

Gentiles are not required to be circumcised.
