If Curly had to work for a living.....

If Curly had to work to support himself, he wouldn't have any trouble getting a job.  He is a hard working little beanie, always willing to learn something new, and very good at everything he tries.  He's a quick learner, and would be a great addition to anyone's staff.

Using a telxon

When Toynut worked at Walmart at the fitting room,  part of what she did was  make new price tags for the clothes.  The labels inside the clothes (hopefully) have upc numbers in them, and they are entered into the telxon, which pulls up the information, and then sends it to the printer to make a ticket.

I thought about being a stunt pilot for a while. I thought I looked really cool in the outfit, but the work seemed a little dangerous.....a beanie could get hurt.  I gave up the job, but kept the clothes.  All the other beanies think I look quite handsome in them.

The most interesting thing I have learned to do, tho, is assist with the photography that Toynut does.  I learned what all the equipment does, and
how the cameras work.  I get to take photos, too.

Printing price tags

I went to work with Toynut and she taught me how to use the telxon and the printer.  There are a lot of other things that can be done with the telxon, but she said it was better that I not learn how to do everything.  She says that hundreds of articles of clothing lose thier price tags every day, and have to have new ones put on.

I also learned all about optical work.  Here I am checking out glasses with a lensometer.  This is an interesting job, but as you can see, I really have to climb up to it.
