Proofreading and Editing. In general, proofreading involves
corrections in spelling, grammar, usage, and punctuation; editing
includes organizational work, reduction of wordiness, and some
rewriting. If you’re unsure which service you need, I’ll be happy to
look at your document and recommend one or the other.

Below is a key to my editing marks. Please note that if you use
Microsoft Word, I will edit using Track Changes; then, rather than
writing my comments in blue italics within the text, I will highlight
certain words and phrases, making notes that will appear only when
you point your mouse at the highlighted words.
