THE PATRIOT ACT GAME was created in response to what is commonly known simply as "The Patriot Act" -- shorthand for the actual title:
Uniting and Strengthening America: Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (acronym USAPA)
