Set-Up Fee: $50
This is a non-refundable fee to reserve your space on our calendar. When
we receive this fee, we assign two doulas to work with you. You can expect to hear from them 4-6 weeks before your due date!
Mail a check to "Month 10, 2429 Jefferson Park Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903." Include all contact information: E-MAIL
ADDRESS, name, address, phone numbers, and baby's due date.
THE HOME VISIT WILL BE SCHEDULED AS SOON AS THE SET-UP FEE IS RECEIVED. ALL FEES FOR SERVICE PACKAGES MUST BE PAID IN FULL
PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF POSTPARTUM SERVICE. THESE HOURS WILL BE GUARANTEED BY MONTH 10. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION AFTER SERVICE
IS INITIATED, MONTH 10 WILL REFUND 50% OF THE UNUSED BALANCE.
BASIC PACKAGE: $400
This package includes a 1-2 hour home visit with your
doula team prior to birth when service is booked in the pre-natal period. This is followed by 18 hours of regular doula service
in 3-6 hour sessions. These sessions are scheduled from Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM according to the needs of the client.
FULL
PACKAGE: $800
This package includes a 1-2 hour home visit with your doula team when service is booked in the
pre-natal period. This is followed by 38 hours of regular doula service in 3-6 hour sessions. These sessions are scheduled
from Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM according to the needs of the client.
DELUXE PACKAGE: $1200
This
package includes a 1-2 hour home visit with your doula team when service is booked in the pre-natal period. This is followed
by 58 hours of regular doula service in 3-6 hour sessions. These sessions are scheduled from Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM according
to the needs of the client.
EXTRA HOURS: $80 per unit
You may add 4 hours to any package.
You may buy as many of these units as you wish at any time you wish, but if they are purchased after your service begins,
we cannot completely guarantee doula availability.
TRAVEL STIPEND: to be arranged
If you live
more than 15 miles one-way, 30 miles round-trip, from the center of Charlottesville, we will charge you a travel stipend of
$0.50 per mile in excess of this amount, as set by the federal government. This stipend will be assessed at the end of service,
and is due on the last day of service. The charges per visit will be agreed upon before the first day of service.
