They have been providing regular dance instruction on Tuesday nights in Colorado Springs since August, 2000, and have been teaching, choreographing, and performing together since 1993, where they met and danced as partners with the Fayetteville, NC, WKML Bootscootin’ Boogie Dance Team.  In New Line Dance Choreography competition, they won first place at the Rocky Mtn. Regional Dance Festival in 2000 with “Deer In the Headlights,” third place at the Deserts Sands Dance Festival in Las Vegas that same year with “Been There”, and third place at the Vegas Explosion in 2007 with their current crowd favorite, “Lost In the Music.”  A.J. is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), and a guest instructor at Colorado’s ‘Dancing for the Dream’ event each year.  Scott also races with the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), took 2nd place in his class in the Rocky Mountain division in 2006 and 2007, and also took a first-place win at the National Tour Event in Houston in 2007.  (last updated October, 2008)
