Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils can be used in many ways:
MASSAGE
Make your own Massage oils - add 3-4 drops of essential oils to about 1/2 tsp. of a pure massage oil base or to a cold pressed Virgin Olive oil or Grape Seed oil. Give or Receive a relaxing massage.

DIFFUSION

Diffuse the essential oils in your home or workplace to enhance moods and perspectives. Or put about 5 drops of your favorite oil in a quart of Distilled water and spray around the room. The oils can enhance meditations and also refresh and purify a room.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS

Any Essential Oil that has been identified as Safe for Consumption can be taken as a dietary supplement. Essential Oils should be diluted inoil-soluble liquids such as Olive Oil, Goat or Rice Milk, or Agave prior to being ingested. Generally only 2-3 drops should be ingested after dilution in a 4-8 hour period.
CAUTION: Do not give internally to children under 6 and use caution with all children.

DIRECT APPLICATION

Essential Oils applied directly to the skin may promote wellness of body and spirit. They spread to the entire body in minutes.
