APPLE:


Apple has been known to normalize Diarrhea and Constipation. Has been shown to lower Blood cholesterol. Used as a Cancer aid, for Diabetes and also to help remove Heavy Metel (The Pectin aids this).

Apple is a source of potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, silicon and many trace minerals.

CAUTION: - DO NOT EAT THE APPLE SEEDS! They contain high levels of cyanide, a powerful poison. It only takes 1/2 cup of SEEDS to kill the average adult.



APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:


GOOD FOR SORE THROATS (Especially Strep)

{Gargle with 1 tsp to a glass of water and gargle
hourly and swallow the soulution - as soreness
lessens gargle every two hours}

Mixing Apple Cider Vinegar with honey in a glass of water is a source of potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, magnesium, calcium, sulfur, iron, fluorine, silicon, and many trace minerals.

NASEL PAIN FROM SINUS INFECTIONS

Add 1tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of water and
drink every hour for seven doses. This should
relieve it.

Apple Cider Vinegar has also been known to help Facial Neuralgia, Arthritis, Digestion.

FOOD POISONING (Use 2 tsp. per glass water and drink
before eating if you suspect food might
not be as fresh as it should be or
tastes funny - If the diarrhea and
vomiting has already set in take the
solution in teaspoonful amounts 5
minutes for the first glassful, then
two teaspoonfuls every 5 minutes for
the next glassful, the third glassful
is taken on swallow every fifteen
minutes, by then you should be able to
keep food down.)
