Improve Your Strength
Improve vertical jump

improve leg strength by doing exercises or lifting
weights

improve your form and vertical through repetitions
- for example, practice your spike approach repetitively, trying for a
maximum jump each time

Improve Your Fluid Intake

drink plenty of water - even when you're not thirsty
