Welcome to the first Issue of Volume II, of Sacred Elements! Sacred Elements was created by people who wish to bring knowledge and understanding to its readers about the many Spiritual and Religious paths available in this world. There are many religious based magazines out in circulation today; but not many are as diverse as to offer more than one spiritual path as a subject. Our hopes are to show people the beauty of every spirtual path as well as bring a knowledge and understanding of the many paths that exsist today.

       This issue has several interesting articles and sections. The first being What you read now; "Intro to Sacred Elements". This regularly featured section explains what each issue includes, along with special notes and bulletins about the magazine. Another of our regularly featured sections is "Question Corner". This section is for questions sent in by the subscribers and readers of our magazine.

       Our next regularly featured section is "Back to the Basics"; this section will provides recipes and how to on how to make basic household goods. This issue's article deals with the history of candles and candle making.

       We also have a monthly "horoscope"section and a "self help" section which gives meditations and spells for improving your body and life. The last but not least regularly featured section is called "In the footsteps of Another". This section will feature a different article each issue on different spirtual and religious paths. For instance, this issue's article deals with buddism. We will also have many other articles on different subjects along with our regular offered articles.

       This issue's feature article is about the up coming holiday; "All Hallow's Eve". The article featured will include the different beliefs that several religious paths have on this holiday, along with how they celebrate it. As a special addition we will also be including a pagan ritual celebrating this holiday.

       The knowledge we provide is the knowledge we have gathered over many years of study and practice. We do not claim to be experts in every path we speak of. Nor do we claim to be Masters of all the paths we speak of; we are merely here to offer our knowledge and oppinions to those who wish it. One of our most highly regarded views is "Oppinions are neither right nor wrong, they simply are." By Following this view it allows us to openly share our views and experiences with our readers, and we hope that this view will allow you, the reader, to be open and share your views an experiences with us. We attack no religion, nor do we choose one spiritual path and put it above the other.

       We chose Sacred Elements as the title of our Magazine for many reasons. One reason being that we find every religious path to be Sacred in their own right. Every belief should be treated with respect, every path should be researched and understood fully before passing judgement over it; and even then; How can one person say what path is the true and right path? Everything in this world is Sacred. It is time we open our hearts and eyes to the world around us, and see the paradise around.

        Last but not least I would like to say our hearts and our prayers are with those who lost loved ones on the September 11th tragedy. It is times like these that we remember how precious life is and how special loved ones are to us. "Life is a treasure worth more than the rarest gem."
