The MICART® personal shopping cart is a new product from MIND WURX®, LLC (located
in Anaheim, CA). This cart is sturdier and stronger than the personal carts currently on the market, and is
able to carry a greater load, up to 200 lbs, of goods purchased from your favorite store. And the MICART® cart is large enough to accomodate all the goods you
have collected in your retailer's shopping cart.
The MICART® personal shopping cart has swivel wheels at the front of the frame, and includes two
baskets situated one atop the other. Both of the baskets are collapsible with the frame to yield a flat, compact, structure
that can be easily stored in a closet, behind a door, or under a bed. A pull-down door at the rear of the lower basket allows
access to the contents in the lower basket even if the upper basket is full. Hooks arranged at the perimeter of
the upper basket make possible the hanging of plastic bags that contain other purchased items.
MIND WURX® anticipates introducing two sizes of the MICART® cart
in late fall or early winter of 2007, and the frames may be available in a different colors. The MICART® carts are expected to be sold for a modest price -- around $70 for the large size and around $55
for the smaller size.
