July 12, 2003

In honor of Lilitu, who is often referred to as a screech owl, Temple Zagduku adopted an Eastern Screech owl on July 12, 2003 through the Scales and Tales program1 of Maryland Department of Natural Resources.  By participating in the adoption program, Temple Zagduku helps to feed and shelter a non-releasable owl for a year.
