decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Seawinds Condominium Building. It allows for fabulous ocean views and also offers an alternative to the elevator
should one wish to enter or exit via the staircase. The Seawinds is one of the newer condominium buildings in Ormond by the
Sea. It was built in 1995 and has a secure key or code entry along with well
lit and maintained stairwells, elevators and walkways.
Underground assigned
parking is available along with carts to aid bringing in luggage or groceries. Additional
parking is available.
The Master Bedroom
offers a very comfortable pillow top king size bed, a large walk in closet, sit down make-up vanity and a shower large enough
for two…ah, but the best part is the romantic view of the sea from the picture window. Enjoy its grandeur at sunrise
and its serenity in the evening moonlight.
The tastefully
decorated second bedroom has two twin size beds which can be converted to a comfy king size.
Simply indicate your preference prior to your arrival.

The
stylish living room has two sofas and an entertainment unit with cable television, DVD, VCR.
A little rain? Not to worry, enjoy a game of cards or a board game.
The cook friendly
kitchen is completely equipped to do what you want it to. Cook a little or a
lot; everything you need is there: microwave, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, coffeemaker,
blender and of course a generous supply of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Adjoining
the kitchen is a separate dining room with seating for four. Four bar stools
offer additional seating. Enjoy your morning coffee comfortably ensconced on cushioned patio chairs on the balcony; perhaps
you’ll even glimpse a dolphin gliding by.
