1958 Brass plaque

I was the C.O. during those exercises with the Canadians and I have a plaque just like the one shown in your attachment. In fact, I think we developed that design and used to pass them out in exchange for other ship's plaques. I have always been a little surprised how much each one weighs. Russ Wilson C.O. 1958.
