Summer Rentals are always booked 6 months in advance however there are may be 1 prime week open a year
due to changes in our family travel schedule.
For Summer Weeks, (June-September) a 50% deposit of the rental and security deposit is due with the rental
agrement and the remainder due 30 days prior to the rental.
For late spring, late summer & fall weeks, 100 percent of rental plus security deposit is
due when rental agreement is signed. Security deposit shall be returned within two weeks of rental.
The rental process is simple. Give us a call or drop us an email at
john@trinketdepot.com with your email address to check availability. A rental agreement will be sent via email. Fill it out and
send it in and you're all set.
