Sailplan - Reefing

 

The wind comes up... the sails come down.

The versital ketch rig keeps the sails relatively small and low. The rig ballances great on paper... Hopefully the ocean will like the plans. There are many combinations to deal with most conditions. Both the big Genoa and the Mule (winter rig) will be roller reefed - they store forward on their stays like a big window shade..
