For anyone entered a Judging Contest, do not forget to turn in your eligibility form to the Extension Office this week.  See link attached for form or contact your club manager. - this is not needed for events that run over the summer.

  As all of you know, judging contest get expensive (fees, travel and practice items).  We really need some fund-raising and would like a parent to volunteer to organize that.  Let me know if you can help.  Fund-raising is a big weakness of mine.

 Please purchase either a meeting type binder that can hold a small or normal size legal pad and a side pocket.  You will also need several #2 pencils and pen. 

Other items to have for the contest.  Orange long sleeve shirt, blazer and khaki color jean or pants.  Boys should wear a tie. Other helpful items are chapstick and mints.  No cell phones or pagers are allowed during the contest.  If you bring one to the contest you must leave in the vehicle or give to your coach. 

Parents bring chairs, blankets extra coats and gloves...cause you know your kids say they will be fine and don't need a coat or glove ;-)

If you are a "retired"  judger and have orange shirt, jackets or khakis that are still in good shape that you are no longer in need of please pass on to me so we can let some of our active members can use.
 
I do have several shirts and jackets. email me if you need a certain size
