What came up that needed to be addressed?  No major decisions were made this week.  Did you run into a problem or roadblock? No major roadblock identified during this weeks work.  How did you solve it? What important decisions did you make this week that impacted your project? What were the key tasks you performed this week? The key tasks performed were to continue to develop the training program and research the importance of the overall project.

1) What helpful feedback did you get in the class (instructor, classmates) and outside the class (user, stakeholder, beneficiary, mentor, expert advisor, others)? What did you learn from this feedback?  The most helpful feedback I received came from a corporate mentor.  He explained that I should take this project and make it a management decision of performing due diligence for the corporation and if you are able to achieve that, your project will be success.

2) What resources did you use this week (e.g., people, money, equipment, systems, or software)? Did you add new resources? What was your learning?  The resources that I used were people, office automation, and internal systems to develop draft concept and perform research. I found that my organization have a large volume of information that can assist all managers.  If one is interested in obtaining helpful tools and references, our knowledge center is one of the best in a corporate environment.

3) What research did you perform this week that was assisting and/or literature based? What was your learning?  The research performed this week included the internal network resources and various tech web sites.

Question:  Why is information systems security important and what can be done to mitigate the risk to an organization?

Answer:  It is a well know fact that end-users have access to the most vital information a company has and either users are unaware of the actions on corporate systems or intentional, they are the biggest risk to that organization.  Understanding their actions on corporate system is vital to the organization’s survival.

2) How prepared are you to conclude your project in Unit 10 as required in this course?  At this point, very prepared.  (Ongoing)

3) How likely is it that you will need to resort to your contingency plan?  Unlikely!
