That's right, folks. This is my strongly held personal opinion -- Verizon Wireless really stinks. (I used to have a much stronger word here, but I am temporarily deferring to the oversensitivity of some folks.)

Despite five years (1996-2000) of being a good customer with Primeco, paying my bills and never stiffing them, they decided to abuse me something horrible when I merely inquired about upgrading to another account. At this point I want to tell the whole world -- don't do any business with Verizon Wireless! (Days later, I switched my cellular business to another firm.) And if you can help it, don't do any business with Verizon Residential (the former GTE and Bell Atlantic), if you can help it, either!
