nancy, queenvee, and the rest of you goons joined the FunNet IRC network,
UNINVITED. Ralf absolutely, positively NEVER invited those kooks on what is
*partly*
HIS network. However, the FunNet IRC network, just like the Undernet IRC
Network is
an OPEN network, entirely run by a group of volunteers, who donate their
PERSONAL
time, computing resources, and internet connectivity to grant pathetic
lifeforms such
as YOU the PRIVILEGE to enjoy IRC thru THEIR OWN systems. Connecting to an IRC
server gives you ABSOLUTELY ZERO *RIGHT*. You are simply entering SOMEONE
ELSE'S computer system and whoever runs this computer system may or may not, at
his/her sole discretion choose to tolerate your presence on HIS/HER server. It
is THAT
simple. These terms are clearly explained and displayed to anyone who connects
to
an IRC server. Typing /motd will show you those terms.
queenvee and nancy, never, EVER entered into any kind of contractual agreement
with
Ralf, let alone Ralf's *BUSINESS*, which *again*, has absolutely NOTHING to do
with
IRC. The fact that Ralf, as a *private individual* accepted to facilitate the
transition of
nancy's live irc sessions to another network, Undernet, gives him absolutely NO
OBLIGATION whatsoever to follow-through on his efforts, and has absolutely NO
contractual, legal or otherwise binding implication to either Ralf, as a
private
individual, let alone his business which again, has absolutely nothing to do
with
either IRC or queenvee's site.
Furthermore, by definition, IRC, the Internet Relay Chat, represents a FREE,
public
*chat* forum. All references to existing copyrighted or trademarked entities
fall under
"fair-use" as people simply *talk about* such entities. Believe me, this has
been
covered *at length* in the past, and the #microsoft channel wouldn't be filled
with
people talking about Linux kernel tweaking.
Do yourself a favor and avoid rambling about what you absolutely have no clue
about,
you are simply further digging yourself into a deep hole of ridicule.

though he he agreed to host Zetatalk upon his IRC Server and serve as webmaster
upon his server out of a favor to friends. He at that point agreed to take on
Zetatalk
and QueenVee as clinet and were due the same consideration and service he would
provide a paying client. Which he did not provide in fact he set out to attack

destory a company that was both trademarked an copyrighted. Like it or not

is both copyrighted and trademarked. When Ralf on May 15th handed over
#zetatalk
undernet to you and your group of hackers (without the permission of owners) he
violated responsible business operations and in fact violated laws.
