Rufus Bobcat Biggie Canadian Lynx

Rufus, a neutered male bobcat, and Biggie (Big Foot) a male Canadian Lynx are the best of friends. They came to us as
a pair, the owner did not want to seperate them. Another enclosure had to be built fast, we had only a few weeks to get one
up and some what functioning.

Biggie & Rufus are the new comers here. They have only been with us since June 2003. But they have adapted very well.
Their favorite spot is the top platform under the roof in the heat of the day. They spend most of the day in the 8x8 alcove
on the upper platform under the misters.

Rufus and Biggie have only been here a short time, but everyone here loves to
go into their cage and spend time with them. They both love people and always greet you when you head for their cage. Happy
to see you, Rufus greets you purring.

Rufus suffered a severe case of ear mites that went untreated. The results were he now has chewed
up and deformed ears. They lay almost flat on his head, and have been scratched to the point of parts of the ear missing.
But his personality will make you overlook his appearance. He is one of the friendliest bobcats, and loves attention.
The boys needed to be placed, again I got a call asking if I would take them, again I said yes.
