Joseph Ansanelli was formerly Vice President of Products
at Kana. He joined
Kana in August 1999 in connection with Kana's acquisition of
Connectify, Inc. Mr. Ansanelli co-founded Connectify in May 1998 and
served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1997 to
1998, Mr. Ansanelli managed a consulting company where he focused
primarily on strategic marketing and business development services
for Internet companies. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Ansanelli served as
Director of Internet Product Marketing for Macromedia, Inc., an
Internet and multimedia tools software company. Before that, Mr.
Ansanelli held various product marketing positions at Apple
Computer, Inc. Mr. Ansanelli holds a B.S. in Applied Economics with
a concentration in Marketing from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania. |

Robert
Frick - Vice Chairman, Bank of America (ret.) For more than
23 years, Mr. Frick successfully led various divisions of Bank of
America, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial
Officer and head of the World Banking Group for Bank of America, as
Managing Director of BankAmerica International, and as President of
Bank of America's venture capital subsidiary. Mr. Frick serves on
the boards of Kana Communications and five private companies. Mr.
Frick also served as vice president of finance and a member of the
board of directors at Measurex, a leading manufacturer of digital
process control computer systems. Mr. Frick received a BS in Civil
Engineering and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Joseph
V. Schwan - Chief Operations Officer, Standard Register
(ret.) Mr. Schwan joined Standard Register in 1991 as Vice
President - Forms Sales and Marketing. In April 1998, Mr. Schwan was
promoted to COO. Mr. Schwan joined Standard Register after serving
as Chief Operating Officer at Rittenhouse for 18 months. Prior to
that Mr. Schwan was employed for 26 years by Wallace Computer
Services in various sales, marketing and administrative positions,
the last being Executive Vice President. Mr. Schwan is a graduate of
Culiver Stockton College with a BS in Business Management and an MBA
from University of Chicago in their Executive Program. Currently Joe
serves on the Board of Directors for the Air Force Museum
Foundation, Kettering Medical Center and Hach
Company. |
