A tiny corner of an immense & marvel-filled landscape. All of the many, many writers who have created and explored this landscape and filled it with its marvels have my respect and gratitude.

strange. Not to mention
alarming, actually, to that which claims to

MOONRIDGE AUCTION 2007 May 19 – June 2 |
Moonridge is an online charity auction of fanfic, fan art, craft items (and more); mostly
from the Sentinel fandom (but other fandoms are represented, too). The auction
benefits the Moonridge Animal Park (a cause supported by Garett Maggart). Info about the auction, how to bid, FAQs, list of donated items, and a link to the auction site where you can place a bid can all be found HERE. |

------------------------------------ I've, um, donated two items myself. One is a long gen fic (like the three guppies posted on this page). The winner (and let me tell you, it feels weird to say that about my writing) gets to pick the plot or premise. (Well, mostly. The fic should be set in season 1 or season 2, and I won't write death fic, partner betrayal, mpreg, disability, etc. And I reserve the right to adapt the winner's premise as needed. But I'll happily correspond with the winner and do my best to work something out that makes her/him happy!) The other item is a set of six slash drabbles (100 words each). The winner may choose a single theme for the whole set or may choose six individual prompts. Since I don't post my slowly-growing collection of drabbles and slash ficlets on this website, you can go HERE to read them. (If you're interested and have serious kink or anything dark in mind, please email me first so I can let you know whether it's something I'm willing to write about.) |
