Self-Portrait This is my "Wild-Eyed Grinner" self-portrait. I have another (not yet scanned) that I call my "Dorian Grey" portrait. I don't do many of these, mainly because it's hard to hold a brush in one hand and a mirror and a palette in the other, keep one eyeball on the reflection and the other on the canvas and not cackle uproariously.    1986, Chapel Hill, North Carolina
