He Chengyao lives and works in Beijing and Chongqing. She graduated from the Sichuan Art Academy in 1989. Her oil paintings
have been exhibited in a solo show at the Qinhao Gallery, Beijing. More recent work, including installations, photographs,
and performance art, has appeared in the following group shows: Reality and Possibility, Museum of the Central Art Academy,
