October 10, 2002 Updated "Fun With Nuclear Medicine" to include illustrations of just how small the dose of radioiodine is. Information on sizes of itty-bitty things like cells came from Isaac Asimov's excellent book, The Measure of the Universe.

November 12, 2000 Hooray! It's here! I received permission to reprint the 50 Microgram Iodine Diet for a six-month period. So please check it out while it's here.
