2007 has brought the second foal crop and a couple of firsts, Randomize's first international foal born in Canada and his
first Sweepstakes nominated Half Arabian. So far both crops are big, correct, sweet babies with wonderful movement and people
friendly attitudes. The Canadian owner reflects the experience of most, saying, "She's like a puppy!, She runs over in
the pasture and begs to be petted." Most are loudly and evenly marked, (no trouble spotting them in the pasture at night<smile>),
but there have been a few with minimal expression out of dark bay mares with minimal markings themselves. Randomize has been
tested homozygous for black as well as tobiano, so he will produce no chestnut foals. Several have had ermine spotting in
their stockings near the coronary band that has given them dark hooves and only one so far has lacked his trademark chin spot.
His semen ships very well, including a single shipment that settled two mares on the first cycle and our first international
shipment to Toronto in 2006, also settled on the first cycle. Foals' registration will depend on the mare's, he is registered
with the Old/ISR, AWS and PtHA. All RPSI approved breedings produced Silver Premium foals and Chance was recorded into Book
II with good scores and very positive comments from the inspectors regarding his wonderful temperament and mind, ("He
thinks!"), and potential as a hunter sire.
