1 .All payments in advance in U.S. funds only.
2. Personal checks USA, and must clear my bank; allow 3 weeks.
3. Minimum Order $10.00; charge order minimum $25.00.
4. Charge orders must be by letter or fax, with card number, date of expiration, signature, and phone number. No Credit Card Orders taken over the phone.
5. Layaway 1/3 down; balance in 2 equal payments within 60 days. After 60 days I reserve the right to make a 15% service charge & refund the rest; this applies to canceled orders; and is available for orders on $75.00 or more to current subscribers.
6. Items listed are believed to be genuine unless otherwise stated. They are returnable for refund or credit with in 5 days of receipt PROVIDING THEY ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME MANNER & CONDITION SENT OUT.
7. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO FILE A CLAIM IF SOMETHING IS LOST OR DAMAGED.
8. Items held longer than 5 days are deemed sold and may be returned only with prior agreement.
