Agave syrup is 75% sweeter than sugar. Use 1/4 cup of Agave Syrup to 1 cup of sugar.

1. Remember no Fat no Flavor! Fat does not make fat. Sugar and carbohydrates do. Butter, olive oil, and organic cocanut oil are all good fats.



2. To get the most flavor out of an herb heat it with 2 tablespoon of butter. If you do not want the herb in the food strain it. Remember to adjust your butter amount in your recipe .



3. Use fresh herbs when possible.



4.When making herbal teas or medicines use a glass pot.Metal can sometimes interact with herbs



5.When Marinating meat and poultry the longer you marinate it the more tender and flavorful it becomes.
