Susan can design a class to fit your personal needs combining several things.
Class fees are $35.00 per person for a 4 -hour class with a minimum of five people and a maximum of 12. Food
is included. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at booking.
There is an additional
materials fee depending on what the class is.
Private cooking classes
are 45.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Additional materials charges apply.
Workshops Fees:
All day workshops in any of the above can be scheduled. Minimum of 8 people
needed maximum 25. $95.00 per day per person lunch included. Some
materials costs may apply. You will go home with product you make. A
50% nonrefundable deposit is due at booking
Apprenticeships in
Herbal Medicine are also available. Please call Susan to set up an appointment
to discuss course and
fees. I will be starting an new Class April 1st. There are still a few openings

I am also available
for plant walks, for groups or individuals. On a plant walk, I will take you around your property and introduce you to the
plants already there. You will be surprised at the abundance of what is growing in your yard. I will discuss the benefits
of the plants and how to use them as well as harvesting and preserving methods
I also do plant walks in
the National Forest, County and City Parks.
Fees for Plant Walks can
vary, depending on the where and the amount of time you want to spend. Send me
an email and we can discuss the details. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
