Leuzinger High School Class of 1968

30 Year Reunion Pictures

We recently took a few pictures of the Leuzinger campus so you could see some of the changes that have occurred. We have included pictures of the marquee on Rosecrans, Senior Square, the band building with the OLYMPIAN logo and rings, our favorite lunch line area, and the library with a new eagle mural. We also included a picture of the bronze plaque which used to reside in senior square. The statue is now just inside the front entrance of the building along with a glass case which contains some old photos and memorabilia. Notice the famous picture of some of our more adventurous students putting up the Mickey Mouse clock on the side of the auditorium. We also have pictures from the Marriott and a few of the committee hamming it up. Check back for more pictures and updates later as we get closer to the reunion.

For more information, call Richard Lolley at (805) 499-3716.

This is by the band building.

They are spelling out "LHS" in case you couldn't tell...

Senior square looks a lot different without the fountain and the bronze plaque.

Glass case inside the main building.

Ahhh Lunch! I can still smell those peanut butter cookies baking...

This is the area right next to senior square. There used to be a huge tree in the center and benches.

This new mural of American symbols is being painted on the north side of the Library.

How many times did you have to kiss his behind when you were a freshman???

These are pictures from the Marriott Hotel in Torrance. The outdoor picture is where we will have our cocktail hour at 6:00. The other pictures are of the entry way and the ballroom we will be using. Don't wait too long... Send in your registration today!

Committee members present at the last meeting are pictured on the staircase at the Marriott. From Left to right: Bottom Row: Stephany Pierce, Leslie Gumtz, Vicki Qualls, Terry West & Sue Krumweide. Back Row: Mark Pettijohn, Sandy Martin, Richard Lolley. It's a great picture spot.
