New Camera. . . New Pictures!
Well, I got my camera working, software installed and I've been taking pictures! Some are better than others. . . but
I'm still playing around with it! I've changed a couple of pictures in my current works table to the right of my page. And
here are a couple of pictures of my girls on Christmas day!

New Camera!!
I just got a new camera!! 5.0 megapixels as compared to my 1.3 one I've been using!! Not to mention that I am going to install
all of my new software on my laptop, which will make it a lot easier to take pictures and download them from my camera. That
said, I've posted the last picture from my old camera to my blog here - and it's the beer can hat I made as a joke for my
friend for Christmas!! It's so bad it's funny!! In the mean time, with my week off, I am going to be knitting and reading
and working on my new Christmas puzzles. . .and having coffee and lunch with friends. . . and getting a pedicure with my girls.
. . and just having a grand old time! When I've finished installing my new software and such I will be posting a bunch of
new pictures!!

It's getting closer
It's almost Christmas eve. . . and I'm feeling a lot better and less stressed than last week! I still have some gifts to buy,
but we'll do that Thursday morning. The majority of what I want to give is bought and wrapped! The gifts I wanted to knit/crochet
are done as well. And, I was able to give my friend her gifts, which included a joke gift of a purple beer can hat! I was
able to take a picture before I wrapped it. . .so as soon as I off-load some more pictures I will post it here!

Finally a Friday
And a payday at that! Although, a lot of it is already gone to pay bills, and another part will be gone for gifts. . .but
at least I have enough for all of that :-)
I've still been busy getting some more gifts done. Also, I started on a hat for a friend of my daughters (it's so nice when
a young one appreciates handmade items as well!), and then I'm going to start some socks for my husband. When that's all done
I'll get back to that last baby sweater I've been working on as well. Oh yeah, and I've finished some more squares for that
left-over afghan!!

Christmas Gifts
Well, being sick last week and not able to be up and around much, I finished a lot of Christmas gifts!! I can't post it here.

Another Monday
And it's a Monday in December. . .time is closing in on Christmas!!
For my best news, my oldest daughter won State Championship for the JC of California!! They played the final game in the rain,
but it was a good game! We'll find out tomorrow if they are ranked #1 for the nation, but in looking at the other states,
it looks like they'll probably get #2 or #3. But still, not too bad!!
And of course, while all this is going on, I'm trying hard to work on my Christmas gifts! I did make some good progress this
week, but not as much as I'd like. So, I will be working hard on it all this week, knowing that I really won't have weekends
and next week is my daughter's birthday. . .so I'd better get moving this week and finish up all of the necessary items. Then
I can just work on the socks for my family, and the hat for my daughter's friend who saw me knitting one and thought it was
so cool and asked if I wouldn't mind making one for her. :-) I like making things for people who like them!
