~ Games, Prizes and Extras ~
- Special Games .....
$150 (8 games) $325 Pre-intermission game $450+ (up to $500)
- Standard Games .....
$125 (8 games).
- Coverall Game .....
$500 (last game of the evening).
- 2 Progressive Games .....
Prize amount for these games
varies from week to week. The 'Early Bird Progressive', which begins at 6:20 p.m., is played as Blood, sweat and Tears (3 bingos on one card - NO 4 corners)
The other game, played Post-intermission, is a coverall.
$300 minimum "consolation prize" to $1199 maximum "big prize".
The "big prize" is given out if someone Bingos within the designated number of balls for the
week. If no one wins this special game within that given number, the play continues until
someone does Bingo, and that player gets the "consolation prize".
Until the "big prize" has been given out, the number of balls increases each week, $50 is added
to the "consolation prize" and $100 to the "big prize". This continues until someone wins within
the designated number of balls or until the "big prize" reaches $1199.
If no one has won the "big prize" before it reaches $1199, we will continue to increase it
by 1 cent each succeeding week as the number of balls increases, and add $50 to the "consolation
prize" until someone wins the "big prize" within the designated number of balls.
- Cheap Night .....
The last Friday of each month is
"Cheap Night" at St. Michael's Bingo. What that means for players is that you pay the entrance
fee of $14, which gets you your initial book of 9 cards for all the games, except the
progressive. Then, any additional cards you purchase will be at a rate of 3/$1, 6/$2 and
9/$3.
- Pull Tabs .....
Sold by volunteers walking around in both the
no-smoking room and the main room. They can also be purchased at the table in the center.
of the main room.
- And For Your Birthday .....
At St. Michael's Bingo we celebrate your birthday by
offering you a free meal voucher to be used at our Bingo Cafe (where, I might add, we serve the
best food anywhere!) In addition to our regular hot sandwiches and soups, we have a weekly
special (i.e. lasagna, sloppy joes, or fried chicken).
