6/20/07: Back to the one week format this year. We will be staying at the Whitebirch Estates, near the Whitebirch Golf Course
and Antlers restaurant which is about a 1/4 mile outside the gate. Click link above to check it out.
TWO weeks this year my friends:
Week 1 is June 18-25: Amanda, Chris, Rachel, Elm-A-Way and Steve. Looks like we'll have a nice size deck this year
with a decent view of the lake. The P.O.S will mark its 8th appearance. Hopefully no need for a wet vac this time!
Week 2 is July 15-22: Chris, Link, Roy, Suede,
Scuba, Todd (and Tony?). Bring yer guitars. I heard Roy's got an acoustic bass...Scuba'd be more than happy to oblige. :)
7/27/04- This was one of
my favorite visits despite having to spend the last couple days by myself. On Friday, Jesse came up with the boat then Amanda
showed up a little later. Amanda met Jennifer for the first time as we all went out for dinner at Antlers. My parents and
Jennifer then parted ways after their two-week visit. Chris and Rachel came up on Saturday and stayed until Monday. Link and
his girlfriend Jenny came up on Saturday and left Sunday. One highlight was fitting all seven of us on the P.O.S. which actually
held up compared to previous years. Another was the campfire guitar jam on the beach. Unit 504 is by far the nicest place
we've had the pleasure of staying. Next year looks to be a smaller two-bedroom unit which could make things a little more
cozy. The BP '04 pictures are up so check them out. More may be added later.
2/28/04- Looks like the upcoming BP week will have
a couple changes. Steve's parents bought a place at the Point condos. The interior is beautiful and sleeps eight people! With
the extra room, some newbies might come up for the first weekend.
