Duties include personnel management, technical support, facilities management and technology planning.
 Sales Engineer, Video/Data - Sprint; Carlisle, PA 04/1998 to 02/2004 
Provided sales support, audio/video system design and integration, project management, installation guidance and supervision, post-sale technical support and customer education. Videoconferencing and distance learning installations ranged from single-site installations to complex, worldwide multi-site projects.
