| About Soul Contract Addendum Changes Soul Contract Addendum Changes deal with contracts that you make with your own Soul
whereas the Karmic Releases deal with releasing Karma and Karmic contracts with other beings.
As some of you know, I have been developing and implementing the Template for the Soul Contract Addendum changes this past year.
Many of the changes in Hank's & my life in this last year has been due to the changes that we made in our Soul Contracts - the Contracts that we all have with our own individual Souls.
I'm not talking here about the Soul Contracts that we have with other beings.
There is too much conflicts in the Soul Contracts of those of us who have been here forever...
The analogy could be compared to our computers filled with programs, each of which is designed to carry out certain functions,
and overtime, we are constantly deleting, updating, and adding various programs and hardware...
well, as you all know, that can lead to interesting, frustrating glitches, problems
and conflicts between the different programs...
It is a special dispensation at this time for us older generation Lightworkers to be able to make Soul Contract changes while still in an incarnation.
This was not possible in the past.
In the past we could add items into our Soul Contracts without being able to delete them-except
when we were "Home" and just before we start for a new incarnation...
But then we were usually feeling good and and would usually say " just leave it in"
(when asked about old items from previous incarnations)
And when we got here, go, "Oh My God, what did I get myself into?!"
One can tell that someone is experiencing Soul Contract conflicts when they work on their "stuff" over and over again,
from every angle, and they can't get rid of it, or it never lasts...and then comes back to haunt one again.
When you change your Soul Contract, everything shifts for you in that area of the changes.
The conflicting issue usually shows up once more for you to work through,
though this time, once they are worked through, it is done!
This does not mean that you will be free, without issues or problems in your life.
It just means that as issues come up, you will be able to deal with and release them without getting caught
in an endless and never ending loop of "working" your "stuff".
The changes when they manifest are very deep, profound, and life changing,
often manifesting in surprising and unexpected ways.
The time it takes to manifest changes can range from instantly to still on-going.
The Soul Contract changes that I made in this last year for myself brought changes that has left me in profound Peace,
vast improvements to my health, and opened up areas that I never thought I could go.
Some of the changes are very subtle, but all in all has added immensely to the quality of life in being here on this earth.

Since then, I have been reading, out loud and to myself, the addendum. I feel a subtle shift, moving in waves toward balancing my energy. I feel great with a positive mindset, body shedding weight slowly. I feel more interested, in almost everything. I feel more intuitive....

Just a note of gratitude to say thanks to you for the profound changes that have been made in my life through the Soul Contract changes. I would also like to acknowledge The Lords of Karma for their assistance with the cancellation of all of my off-planet negative Soul Contracts. I was not consciously aware of any of these contracts and how they were controlling my behavior and influencing my reality. This has brought to my awareness the undeniable truth that humanity has had a intimate relationship with extra-terrestrials and although in the past it has been negative in it's nature we have the power within ourselves as a race to forgive and move on with our choice to evolve as a collective. This begins with an individual choice to clear; release and heal old karma. Which brings to mind my definition of forgiveness: To give up all hope for a better or different yesterday with all those that I have had past experiences with; whether these experiences are positive or negative and stay in the eternal now moment of unconditional love. Thank-you to all those beings of light who assisted with this process.

this is an incredible addendum. I look forward to implementing it. I thank you. I have to say it took me a few months to finish the first section of the soul contract. There just were things that I needed to move through to implement it. Now that I have I have to share with you what a profound experience it has been implementing it. I feel like I'm vibrating on a newer lighter frequency and many past emotions have gone. Although it hasn't been several months since integrating it I felt a shift right away. I can also see old patterns releasing , with new more empowering ones replacing the old. Again I want to give thanks and love to you for your manifestations.

Dear Li Lan,
In doing the Soul Contract Addendum Changes I've experienced a lot of head and neck pain for a few days over the course of two different weekends. (I've experienced headaches for almost my entire life). And from the different pains I experience, (my cheek hurts, my throat burns, the side of my head hurts etc.) I've been given insight into past life traumas where I have either been killed or injured and the lesson from that lifetime and how that lesson applies to this lifetime. Once I'm given insight into the lesson the energy is released and the pain shifts to the next area. I've probably had close to 100 traumas and lessons revealed to me and the lessons center around certain themes such as taking responsibility for my personal safety, watching out who to trust, being true to myself among others...
