Global Meditation with the Whales and Dolphins of the New Earth Dream
21st June 2009 - Planetary Solstice
Please join us for a Global Meditation to join with the Cetacean energies to bring Light and Peace to our Oceans.
The meditation will be led by Celia Fenn in South Africa and KAI in Mexico. Celia has worked for many years with the energy of the Southern Right Whales that visit the waters off Cape Town, South Africa, where she lives. KAI works with the Light Codes and Light Activations that he receives from the Cetaceans to assist the planet with its ascension into Light. Recently, both Celia and KAI have become aware of the problems in the Atlantic Ocean as a result of human interference with the integrity of the Oceanic grids and the confusion this creates within the Cetacean populations. At the beginning of June there was a tragic mass beaching of Pilot Whales at Cape Town, that motivated this communication with the Cetacean energies.
Many people have offered to work with us, and so we invite you to join with us in this 24 hour period on the 21st of June, to send a continual wave of Light and Love to the Cetaceans and to the Oceans, with the intention of bringing "Peace to the Oceans".
We will be providing more information. We hope to give you an audio meditation for those of you who wish to work at home, and we will also try to film the meditation that Celia will do in Johannesburg at the Star Garden so that we can share that with you as well on the day.

The energies have hit many people in the last weeks very hard!

The media has been inflating the Swine Flu outbreak and instilling hysteria and fear in the population.
Below are articles and excerpts about the Flu and things you can do to protect yourself other than getting vaccines that don't work,that can harm you more than help you.
As you may remember, Hank & I have been studying Matrix Energetics in the past 6 months. And in the last 3 months, I have been working on blending certain parts of my own MSST method to the Matrix Energetics methods.
I have now taken a`"Module" - an etheric construct- from the M.E. (Matrix Energetics ) methods and adapted it to deal with the swine flu and other man made/lab created possible pandemics. Once this "module" is installed and activated in you, it will automatically perform the more than 200 tasks that are programmed into it.

This is NOT the First Swine Flu Panic
My guess is that you can expect to see a lot of panic over this issue in the near future. But the key is to remain calm -- this isn't the first time the public has been warned about swine flu. The last time was in 1976, right before I entered medical school and I remember it very clearly. It resulted in the massive swine flu vaccine campaign.
Do you happen to recall the result of this massive campaign?
Within a few months, claims totaling $1.3 billion had been filed by victims who had suffered paralysis from the vaccine. The vaccine was also blamed for 25 deaths.
However, several hundred people developed crippling Guillain-Barré Syndrome after they were injected with the swine flu vaccine. Even healthy 20-year-olds ended up as paraplegics.
And the swine flu pandemic itself? It never materialized.
More People Died From the Swine Flu Vaccine than Swine Flu!
…getting vaccinated now would not only offer no protection and potentially cause great harm, it would most likely be loaded with toxic mercury which is used as a preservative in most flu vaccines.
And with what else might it be ‘loaded’?
According to Dr. Mercola, Baxter, the company that manufactured the tainted vaccines which were sent out to 18 countries at the beginning of the year was just recently “been chosen to head up efforts, along with WHO, to produce a vaccine against the Mexican swine flu” and further:
According to other sources,12 a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, has concluded that the current swine flu virus possesses certain transmission "vectors" that suggest the new strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.
The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.
In addition, Army criminal investigators are looking into the possibility that disease samples are missing from biolabs at Fort Detrick -- the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released, according to a recent article in the Fredrick News Post.13 In February, the top biodefense lab halted all its research into Ebola, anthrax, plague, and other diseases known as "select agents," after they discovered virus samples that weren't listed in its inventory and might have been switched with something else.
Additionally, Dr. Mercola listed the symptoms of the Swine Flu:
Fever of more than 100
Coughing
Runny nose and/or sore throat
Joint aches
Severe headache
Vomiting and/or diarrhea
Lethargy
Lack of appetite
As you may note, these symptoms aren’t any different than those of the common flu.
And finally, Dr. Mercola suggests the following to prevent contracting or spreading the flu if you should catch anything:
Optimize your vitamin D levels. As I've previously reported, optimizing your vitamin D levels is one of the absolute best strategies for avoiding infections of ALL kinds, and vitamin D deficiency is likely the TRUE culprit behind the seasonality of the flu -- not the flu virus itself.
This is probably the single most important and least expensive action you can take. I would STRONGLY urge you to have your vitamin D level monitored to confirm your levels are therapeutic at 50-70 ng.ml and done by a reliable vitamin D lab like Lab Corp.
For those of you in the US we hope to launch a vitamin D testing service through Lab Corp that allows you to have your vitamin D levels checked inexpensively at your local blood drawing facility and relatively inexpensively. We hope to offer this service by June 2009.
If you are coming down with flu like symptoms and have not been on vitamin D you can take doses of 50,000 units a day for three days to treat the acute infection. Some researchers like Dr. Cannell, believe the dose could even be as high as 1000 units per pound of body weight for three days.
Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately, and as you likely know, a strong immune system is key to fighting off viruses and other illness. Be aware that sugar is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice.
Get Enough Rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you're tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu. Be sure to check out my article Guide to a Good Night's Sleep for some great tips to help you get quality rest.
Have Effective Tools to Address Stress . We all face some stress every day, but if stress becomes overwhelming then your body will be less able to fight off the flu and other illness.
If you feel that stress is taking a toll on your health, consider using an energy psychology tool such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is remarkably effective in relieving stress associated with all kinds of events, from work to family to trauma. You can check out my free, 25-page EFT manual for some guidelines on how to perform EFT.
Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads. You can review my exercise guidelines for some great tips on how to get started.
Take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats like Krill Oil. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3 found in krill oil, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils that are trans fats and in processed foods as it will seriously damage your immune response.
Wash Your Hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don't use antibacterial soap for this -- antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to.
Eat Garlic Regularly. Garlic works like a broad-spectrum antibiotic against bacteria, virus, and protozoa in the body. And unlike with antibiotics, no resistance can be built up so it is an absolutely safe product to use. However, if you are allergic or don't enjoy garlic it would be best to avoid as it will likely cause more harm than good.
Avoid Hospitals and Vaccines In this particular case, I'd also recommend you stay away from hospitals unless you're having an emergency, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds, and could be one of the likeliest places you could be exposed to this new bug. Vaccines will not be available for six months at the minimum but when available they will be ineffective and can lead to crippling paralysis like Guillain-Barré Syndrome just as it did in the 70s.

I personally preferr to making Colloidial Silver myself. We have a colloidial Silver mashine to make it ourselfs. What is not known by most people, is that Colloidial silver only really works well when the Colloidial particles of Silver are still in suspension. If it comes into contact with any electrical charge-minute or large (the small gadgets that stores use to point and read the inventory with is sufficient) , it loses the charge that keeps the particles in suspension. The silver particles then settle to the bottem of the bottle and subsequently clumps together and coats the bottom of the bottle.

Vitamin C - Boosts the immune system and is an antiviral by blocking the enzyme neuraminadase. Viruses need neuraminadase to reproduce. There are anecdotal stories of people taking large amounts of Vitamin C (children =) surviving the Spanish Flu. Research shows that it may reduce the production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6. A study on 470 people involved giving the test group 1000 mg hourly for 6 hours and then 1000 mg 3 times daily after reporting flu symptoms. Symptoms decreased by 85%. (Pubmed PMID 10543583, 634178, 16169205, 12876306)
Green Tea (possible Tamiflu/Relenza alternative)- Very effective antiviral. Also decreases the production of the cytokine (catechins) TNF-a. Inhibits neuraminidase. May have antiviral activity that is equal to other antivirals such as Tamiflu. (Pubmed PMID 16137775)
St Johns Wort (Hypericum) - Very effective antiviral. Also decreases the production of the cytokine IL-6. Hypericum is an extract from St John
Vitamin E - Immune booster. Also decreases the production of the cytokine TNF-a. (Pubmed PMID 155882360, 10929076) Experiments involved using mice. Very suitable for immune compromised people, especially the elderly. Effects enhanced when taken with Vitamin C.
Apple Juice - Antiviral. Fresh apple juice including the pulp and skin has greater antiviral activity than heated commercial apple juice. More research is needed. Effectiveness on H5N1 is unknown. (Pubmed PMID 32832, 12452634)
Resveratrol - Antiviral. In addition to inhibiting neuraminidase, Resveratrol also sends a message to cells to stop manufacturing viruses. This is a proven antiviral found naturally in red wine, peanuts, mulberries, Japanese Knotwood root (richest source), raisins and red grapes. Resveratrol supplements are relatively inexpensive, are more stable than wine and is available in liquid form for absorption in the mouth. No toxic effects noted. (Pubmed PMID 1583880, 12817628, 15985724)
Scuttellaria (Skullcap) - Antiviral. A herb used as a tea. It has no side effects and is also a mild tranquilliser. Research suggests neuraminidase, which is a substance needed by the H5N1 virus to reproduce, may be inhibited.
Cranberry Juice - Early research shows that it may be an antiviral, making viruses less able to invade or multiply. Effectiveness on H5N1 is unknown. (Pubmed PMID15781126)

The Marine Meditation began at the Equinox in March 1991, and has been celebrated each Spring and Autumn Equinox since that time, so this is our 19th year of celebration. Our Beloved Germain prompted the original meditation and all further meditations for a period of 8 years, then the current Master Trinity of Germain, Hilarion and Djwahl Khul came together to lead the meditation up until the present time. They have always kept it fresh with a different Theme each year, and over the last 5 years have given us Labyrinths to walk. On Equinox Sunrise, March 20th and September 22nd, 2009, with your masterful networking help, we can encourage the entire global population of healers and light workers to catch the Solar Wave to activate our divine service to the planet. We were born for this day! This is the day we have been waiting for.
2. Secondly . . . offer your sacred service.
After your sunrise ceremony, your group can offer a chosen sacred service for the day. This is our day to show the world what we are made of. It is our day to be leaders of light for our community, country, and planet. There is SO MUCH we can offer our communities. There are so many ways that we can let our hearts shine. A few ideas . . . offer . . . * Free Healing Day * Help a Neighbor Day * Clean up your Community Day * Help your Elders Day * Plant a Tree Day, etc.... Get creative, and pay attention to what your local community needs, and offer your services for the day.

Happy New Year!
All our blessings and prayers for a Blessed Year be with you!

This new year will bring many changes to our lives. We have a new President which brings us much Hope for change (good changes...)
Read the Messages & Channelings for the Mercury Retrogrades for 2009 and other Channnelings which I feel are important.
The article on Entities the Needy and the Greedy is an important issue to be aware of as Hank & I spend much time clearing entities & thoughtforms from our clients. The point is not to be shocked or freak out that you have one or more. They are ubiquitous and everywhere!
They come to us sometimes through the invitation of our Inner Childs -always with a purpose for a reaon.
The key to not attracting them is to work with your Inner Child so that the Inner Child (IC) does not feel neglected or alone so that the IC does not feel the need to call Entities to itself.
One reason we could have Entities is that they are sometimes called in to help fulfill Soul and/or Karmic Contracts.
Another reason is that we may have violated Universal/Cosmic Law -by violating someone's Energetic Space we open ourselves up to being violated -automatically and instantaneously.A good reason to be aware of Universal/Cosmic Laws and the consequences of violating them.
And for those who know how to deal with them, you may be innundated by Entities because they know on an instinctive level that you can send them Home. By their Nature,They cannot go Home by themselves, they need the acknowledgement of their Service (and it is a service that they provide) but they cannot ask nor are they aware that that is what they need.
In this case, do not take it personally that you have so many entities attracted to you, but rather that they have an unconscious desire to go Home and you can help them -that is your service to send them Home.
But, to become aware if you have entities, you need to know what is your state of Being and Your Pure Energetic State is like so that you can even begin to be able to tell the difference.
Remember that most people have Entities that have been with them most of their lives not to mention that they may have been with you throughout Lifetimes. And Yes, you can even inherite Entities from your genetic lineage.
Make it a point of your daily Spiritual Hygiene to check that you Clear of any energies that are not your own. Ask your Body to let you know and confirm to you that you are clear - Your Body does not lie to you and can tell the difference. It can also let you know if you have an Entity or not.

A Heart Meditation/Practice:
Heart Meditation/Practice: (I suggest putting this on tape... )
Sit with spine straight.
Close your eyes. Relax!
Focus on your Breath for a minute.
Shift your attention now to your Heart.
Ask to be connected to your Higher Self, your Inner Child, your Highest Guides, & your Highest Angels.
Go now deeply into your heart.
Ask your Higher Self, Inner Child, Guides, & Angels to show you what is held in your heart
that is no longer appropriate and which is a burden to you,
which needs to be cleared out so that you may enter into the 'new' clean & clear.
What do you see? What do they show you?
Then ask them what you need to do to be able to release/heal these things/emotions/wounds
from your heart so that they will no longer be held in your heart.
Do what ever your Inner Child/ Higher Self/ Guides/Angels tell you/show you.
Then look again around you, and repeat the process, until your heart is clear.
When your heart is clear, ask them to guide you to your 'Heart of Hearts' ,
your secret heart within your heart,
where the doorway is that connects you to the Heart of Creator.
As you stand in front of the doorway/Portal in your Heart of Hearts,
ask them to help you to open the portal.
They may require that you do something first in order for the Portal to open.
Do what ever your Inner Child/ Higher Self/ Guides/Angels tell you/show you.
Then step through the open Portal into the Heart of Creator.
What do you see, what do you feel?
Step now into the Ocean of Divine Unconditional Love, that IS the Heart of Creator.
Allow yourself to be bathe and washed by Divine Unconditional Love...
Allow yourself to be healed of all wounds...from all lifetimes...
Allow yourself to be rebuilt anew; clean, clear , and sparkling with new faith, trust, hope,
and filled and saturated with Divine Unconditional Love!
When you are ready, step back through the Portal into your heart of Hearts.
Ask your Inner Child/ Higher Self/ Guides/ & Angels to help you keep that Portal open at all times
so that your Heart and the Heart of Creator may become as one.
As you step back into your heart from your heart of Hearts,
feel how you have brought the Ocean of Divine Unconditional Love with you.
It fills and saturates your heart,
and spills over and saturates all your Bodies;
especially your Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual Bodies.
Cleansing, purifying, and healing them
of all thoughts, emotions, and energies that are no longer appropriate for you
and the new reality you wish to step into.
It doesn't stop there.
Feel how that Divine Unconditional Love continues to pour forth and saturate all areas of your life;
your home/surroundings,
your loved ones- famliy & friends,
your community,
the state you live in,
the country, the continent, spreading out across the oceans,
to fill and saturate all other continents,
until the entire Planet is filled and saturated with Divine Unconditional Love !
It is so easy, so effortless!
Divine Unconditional Love just spills forth from you!
Feel how this feels like, in your Body, in your Emotions (Heart), your Mind, and your Spirit.
Remember this feeling.
The Remembrance of this feeling can bring you
instantaneously to this State of Being of Divine Unconditional Love!
Then when you are ready,
slowly bring yourself back into your body,
slowly open your eyes,
stretch your limbs, and FEEL the difference.

It is that pure state of Divine Unconditional Love that we wish to bring with us as the Foundation of the 'New Reality' . And this time is our " moving in time" into our 'New Reality', so hold that focus of Divine Unconditional Love, and our highest ideals, our highest State of Being by vibrating at the highest level of being that we can reach, that we can BE.

70 would be non-white

70 would be non-Christian
30 would be Christian
89 would be heterosexual
11 would be homosexual
6 people would possess 59% of the entire world's
wealth and all 6 would be from the United States.
80 would live in substandard housing
70 would be unable to read
50 would suffer from malnutrition
1 would be near death; 1 would be near birth
1 (yes, only 1) would have a college education
1 would own a computer
When one considers our world from such a compressed perspective, the need for both acceptance, understanding and education becomes glaringly apparent.
The following is also something to ponder...If you woke up this morning with more health than illness...you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.
If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation...you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.
If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death...you are more blessed than three billion people in the world.
If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back,
a roof overhead and a place to sleep...you are richer than 75% of this world.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace...you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
If your parents are still alive and still married...you are very rare, even in the United States and Canada.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful...you are blessed because the majority can, but most do not.
If you can hold someone's hand, hug them, or even touch them on the shoulder...you are blessed because you can offer healing touch.
If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you, and furthermore, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read at all
Ask yourself what am I going to do about it ?
