Free and non-Free software. All of my files use free downloadable software. Make sure you are downloading the free software
you need. Also, when you download the video software (quicktime and realplayer) files, they will try to get you to change
your defaults to these programs. DON'T automatically do that. Unclick all of those automatic defaults.
