Renting a Car and Driving
on St. John, US Virgin Islands
Orchid Court is tucked within the Virgin Islands National Park, and off the route of public transport so you should plan on renting a car in order to enjoy as much of St. John as possible. Be sure to make your car rental reservation in advance especially in season.
We drive on the left in the Virgin Islands. The roads on St. John are full of surprising vistas and an occassional herd of goats. They are also narrow, windy and often steep, you will be glad that the speed limit is 25 mph in most areas.
