We decided that we'd go ahead and have another ultrasound done to see if we could find out Sprout's gender. Not
that we have a strong desire either way. And not that we're going to decorate the nursery all blue or pink depending
on the outcome. We just wanted to know! So, on Monday, July 14, back to the doctor we went...
At first, we were again disappointed, as Sprout remained cross-legged and bashful. After a few snapshots of the
head, the ultrasound technician again tried varying angles, and finally Sprout teased us with a few peeks!
In the first picture, you can tell (by looking in the blue circle) that...
IT'S A BOY!!!
In the second picture, Spout is looking at us. His chin is facing up and to the left, and top of the head
to the bottom and right. Looks very alien-like.
The third picture shows a profile of Sprout's head. (Face is facing upwards, back of the head towards the bottom.)
