RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. ALL adult / minor (under the age of 18) students, boarders and visitors are required to have a ‘Release of Liability’ and ‘Rules and Regulations’ signed / legal guardian signed and on file before they will be allowed to handle, ride or be around horse(s).
2. Minors (under the age of 18) and anyone, regardless of age, jumping horses are required to wear a USEF approved riding/jumping helmet while riding any horse on premises.
3. No horse will be brought on to Triple J Ranch property without prior consent of Owners or Management.
4. All horses MUST be current on all vaccinations deemed necessary by management. (Proof Required) 4 or 5 way (annual), Rhino/Flu (semi-annual), Strangles (age appropriate/annually),  West Nile virus (semi-annual/optional)
5. Rider agrees to assume all liabilities for their horse(s), children, visitors, etc… and is responsible for their conduct.
6. WHILE DRIVING IN AND AROUND ALL RANCH PROPERTY, DRIVERS MUST OBSERVE THE 5 MPH RULE!
7. Vehicles and trailers are to be parked in designated areas only.
8. NO vehicles except Ranch and Veterinary are allowed in barn isle ways.
9. NO grooming, tacking or un-tacking in isle ways at anytime.
10. Barn isle ways must be kept clear of all tack and equipment at all times after use.
11. Rider is responsible for his/her own tack and equipment.
12. You must clean wash rack after you use it!  Do not groom you horse in ‘wash rack’ area. It will clog!
13. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF AND YOUR HORSE in grooming areas.
14. Ample garbage cans are provided for refuse, horse hair and hoof clippings, PLEASE use them!
15. DO NOT feed treats of any kind or pet/handle any horse(s) other than your lesson horse.
16. No dogs allowed.
17. SMOKING in designated area only.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DISPOSE OF YOUR CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY; DO NOT LEAVE THEM ON THE GROUND!!!!
18. NO glass containers of any kind in barn areas or around arenas or round pens.
19. NO alcoholic beverages are allowed in barns and NO drunken behavior allowed on ranch at anytime.
20. A 24 hour notice is required (excluding emergencies) if you are going to miss a lesson, rescheduled lessons will be at the discretion of the instructor and must be done within the month the lesson was missed or it will be forfeited. 
21. A 30 - day notice of lesson termination is required on your part. Instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons at any time
22. NO REFUNDS.
