Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Now multiply that scorn by four and you have the Fruit Cake girls. Tracy, J.J., April and Spike are a group of friends that like to get together and cause mischief, and God forbid any guy should ever get in the way of their fun. With each of their unique talents -- Trace's street smarts, J.J.'s sexuality, April's brain and Spike's deviltry -- they can't help but complement each other.

From the left:

Jira Jamshidi (J.J.).: half French, half Arab Canadian who has done every legal sexual thing in the book (and the illegal ones in Southern states)

Tracy Kessler: used to be a homeless runaway from South Carolina and now is the Supervisor at F.J. Pizza

April O'Challahan: J.J.'s roommate, a smart, former 4.0 college student who has a fondness for revenge and her long-time boyfriend

Rebecca (Spike) Leigh: a 19-year-old who's been sneaking into bars and sleeping with rock stars since she was 15

Thee characters were created by me, but Luke Neher's writing skills helped breathe life and a bit of evil into the plots. My job was sometimes just to tone down his ideas. Otherwise, the girls would go to jail for the stuff he wanted them to do to guys.

Sex, booze and drugs figure prominently into the Fruit Cake plots, otherwise it wouldn't be an alternative comic. One difference I wanted to see happen, is instead of brainless bimbos parading around naked at the beck and call of men to do whatever they wanted, I wanted to see women in power and all of the men as just tools.

Girls rule!
