Choice
Choice matters, because wrong choices mislead. Choice depending on a biased awareness  encourages errors characteristic to that awareness. The effect is flawed, and subsequent choices become more unwise. It may sometimes seem there is no logical choice at all! But then reaction replaces choice, possibly producing error behavior. Fortunately, the understanding of error behavior leads to reasonable behavior, which is shown in the following models.
Stimulus. Choosing error.

One is aware.
Awareness is consciousness.

Consciousness enables perception.
Perception enables observation.
Observes certain effects.
Effects have causes.
Aware of cause and effect.
Learns from awareness.
Learns from effects.
Knows of stimulus.
Knows behavior is stimulated.
 Knows certain behavior.
Knows behavior matters.
Knows certain effects.
Knows certain causes.
Knows causes and effects.
Knows of choice.
Knows results of choice.

Generalize - One insight is all awareness.
Personalize

False evidence

False comparison
- Misinterprets observations.
Emotional reasoning
- Considers only effects.
Blind acceptance
- Considers only causes
False relationship
- Relates effect to wrong cause.
Pre-conception
- Rigid ideas limit awareness.
False construction
- Misapplies effects.
Invalid conjugation
- Connects to wrong stimulus.
False credit
- Credits the wrong stimulus.
False cause - Credits the wrong behavior.
Jump to conclusion
- Discredits behavior.
Wishful thinking
- Imagines effects.
False identification
- Confuses causes.
False context
- Denies the relationship.
Denial
- Refuses choice.
Prejudice

Though the purpose is to choose well, error often provides the most poignant learning experience. Choosing unwisely leads to willful error behavior.
