10. Means. The encoding of intent is effected by its expression. Proceeding down the model, preferring meaning indicates that the desire of joining in partnership is qualified by understanding, and built on resolving the needs of the partners. Connections are revealed by what the partners do. Proof is in performance, and solution is found in the value created. Note: consistency is important, but it's possible to be consistently inconsistent. Connections are then invalid and proof virtually impossible.
