This book was actually a gift of from one of my second grade classes (thank to Ms. Kathawa and her 1996/7 second grade class)...and what a wonderful gift it was.  It goes through the instruments of the orchestra one by and and describes them and the sounds they make with wonderfully wild art and poetry.  By the end of the book, the entire Chamber Group has been introduced and an evening of music has concluded with the suggestion of an encore...and a nap...
