Follow the mischievous little boy through the Revolutionary War in this book written and illustrated by Steven Kellogg.  This wonderful book has the entire song as its body (not just the familiar verse), a simple copy of the sheet music that would be playable by a beginning piano student, and a two page history of the song as well as a glossary for the historical terms used (ever wonder why he "Stuck a feather in his cap and called it macaroni...?).  Over all a great resource for teaching this patriotic song!
