Here's what you need:
1 x Speedy Case Outside (1-2 Disc)

Cut it so it looks like this...

Fold the flaps in and put creases in the left and right sides of the spine. Put some glue on the flaps and fold the front side over. (See "Cutting, Folding & Gluing Basics" for tips.)

Next lay it on a clean, flat surface (like a table or desk) so that the spine just barely hangs over the edge. Set a stack of heavy books on top of it. At this point I like to carefully rub the spine with the edge of my sharpie to make it nice and flat...

Let it sit under the stack of books for a number of hours (I usually leave them overnight).
