Our fabulous regional instructors, Geoff Johns and Carol Lutra-Johns, will share their interpretation of "Congo," a rhythm and dance based on Haitian musical traditions.

The workshop is designed with teachers in mind. Geoff and Carol will provide hands-on instruction and reproducible handouts. The rhythm is designed to be played on Afro-Brazilian percussion instruments, but can be adapted to other instruments for students of all ages

We'll have snacks for you. Bring your own percussion instrument or use ours.
